Diagnosis: Migraines
Procedure Type: The Omega Procedure
Procedure Date: May 18, 2012

Pre Surgery Condition:  Before my surgery I had migraine headaches for several months at a time on an ongoing basis for eight years.  It was very difficult to work and was on several medications to prevent migraines and abortive therapies.  I tried nerve blocks, Botox injections, acupuncture, and various other treatments – all with very limited to no success.

Post Surgery Condition: It has been amazing.  I have not had one migraine that wasn’t relieved by adjusting the stimulation.  In fact, I’ve had only a handful of migraines that required adjustment to the stimulation.  My professional and personal life has improved dramatically.  I have not had to miss one day of work because of migraines. I’ve also been able to get off of all preventative medications.
