Dr. Farley appears on ABC in Dallas to talk Omega procedure

June 27, 2013

The Dallas-Fort Worth area got an education on the Omega Procedure, courtesy of Dr. Scott Farley. Dr. Farley of the Migraine Treatment Centers of America, appeared this morning on WFAA channel 8, the ABC affiliate in Dallas.

He talked with news anchor Ron Corning about how the minimally invasive procedure works and who the best candidates are for the Omega. Dr. Farley was joined by 17-year-old LuLu Alvarado and her mother. LuLu is the typical teen who enjoys hanging out with friends and being a varsity cheerleader.

After suffering from migraines for 10 months straight, she had the procedure done in April of this year and has seen tremendous results. LuLu is now heading into her senior year of high school, and is enjoying a nearly pain-free summer with her friends, something she couldn’t do before because of her severe migraines.

LuLu is back to being a normal teenager again, no longer worrying about her headaches. Her story shows, and Dr. Farley concurs, migraine pain and the Omega procedure aren’t just for adults.  It could be the answer to anyone’s migraine pain, no matter what your age may be.
